Job summary

Cepat Kredit Financing Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Loans Support Officer to guide clients through the loan application process in the Philippines.

You will ensure documentation is complete and up-to-date while maintaining a strong knowledge of loan products. Responsibilities include screening endorsed leads, monitoring pending accounts, delivering excellent service, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth loan release.

Qualifications

• Willing to train in Ortigas, Pasig for two weeks with travel covered.
• 2.1-2 years of banking/finance-related experience or graduate of a 4-year business course.
• Process-oriented, tech-inclined, organized, and able to work fast-paced.
• Confident written and verbal communication with all departments.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients through the loan application process with accurate documentation.
• Screen and process endorsed leads and monitor pending accounts to support sales.
• Maintain strong knowledge of all loan products and requirements.
• Deliver excellent customer service to clients.
