Cepat Kredit Financing Inc is seeking a diligent Loan Processing Assistant in the Philippines to support clients through the loan application process. You will gather documents, screen endorsed leads, and coordinate with departments to ensure a smooth loan release.

You should have 2 years of relevant banking experience or a four-year business degree, be process-oriented and tech-savvy, and able to communicate clearly with colleagues.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Assist clients throughout the loan application process, ensuring accurate and complete documentation.
• Responsible for the timely screening and processing of endorsed leads of the assigned branch, as well as regularly monitoring pending accounts to support sales objectives
• Maintain a strong knowledge of all loan products and their requirements.
• Deliver excellent customer service to the clients.
• Coordinates with other departments to ensure a smooth process until loan release.6. Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

Key Requirements

• Willing to train in Ortigas, Pasig, for two (2) weeks (hotel, food, and travel expenses will be covered by the company).

2.1-2 years of experience or graduate of any 4-year business-related course, with relevant experience in banking and finance.

• Process-oriented and technology-inclined, organized, and can work in a fast-paced environment.
• Can communicate confidently—both written and verbal—and is able to liaise with all departments and stakeholders.
