A leading company in the electronics sector is seeking a Sales Representative to drive growth in the Southern Vietnam market. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure satisfaction and timely service. • Support the development and implementation of sales strategies and action plans to achieve assigned sales targets in the Southern Vietnam market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and foreign manufacturers in the electronics sector, fostering long-term business partnerships.
• Conduct regular customer visits and communications to understand business needs, offer appropriate solutions, and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Provide basic technical consultations, coordinate product demonstrations, and work with technical experts to address customer requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotations, and basic commercial negotiations on pricing, delivery terms, and after-sales support.
• Coordinate with internal teams (factory, service team, parts team, and local agents) to ensure timely delivery, installation, and after-sales service.
• Monitor local market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for business expansion and report insights to the management team.
• Support marketing initiatives by attending or helping organize local seminars, customer events, and exhibitions in the Southern region.
• Prepare and submit periodic sales reports (weekly, monthly) including pipeline updates, visit reports, and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
