Job description
Customer Service
  • Greet customers warmly and offer assistance.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend products based on preferences.
  • Provide product information, including features, pricing, and promotions.
  • Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and resolving issues.
Sales Support
  • Promote store promotions, special offers, and loyalty programs to customers.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales.
  • Process customer transactions efficiently at the register.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Merchandising & Stock Management
  • Organize and maintain product displays, ensuring they are visually appealing and accessible.
  • Restock shelves and ensure products are properly tagged with pricing.
  • Monitor stock levels and notify supervisors when stock is low.
Store Maintenance
  • Ensure the store is clean and well-organized throughout the day.
  • Assist in store openings, closings, and maintaining cleanliness of sales floor and back room.

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner.
