• Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs.
• Process sales transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently.
• Maintain store presentation by stocking shelves, arranging displays, and keeping areas tidy.
• Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages.
