Job summary

BillEase is seeking an Area Sales Manager (BATAC CITY) to lead field sales operations and drive business growth across assigned territories in the Philippines. You will manage Area Supervisors and oversee field sales, risk, and training teams to ensure strong execution, productivity, merchant growth, and compliance.

You will own regional sales targets, coach leaders, and report on sales performance while traveling extensively to optimize coverage and partner engagement.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in consumer finance, fintech, retail, payments, or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Own regional sales targets including disbursements, applications, merchant activations, and repeat usage.
• Lead and develop Area Supervisors, Sales Field Risk Officers, and Sales Field Trainers.
• Set team KPIs and drive performance through reviews, coaching, and field visits.
• Oversee field risk, training programs, and compliance across stores, malls, and activations.
• Drive merchant acquisition and productivity across retail and regional partners.
• Optimize territory coverage and expansion into high-potential areas.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports on sales, productivity, risk, manpower, and training performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Own regional sales targets, including disbursements, applications, merchant activations, and repeat usage.

• Lead and develop Area Supervisors, Sales Field Risk Officers, and Sales Field Trainers.

• Set team KPIs and drive performance through regular business reviews, coaching, and field visits.

• Ensure effective management and deployment of Sales Team Leaders and Promoters across stores, malls, and activations.

• Drive merchant acquisition, engagement, and productivity across retail and regional partners.

• Optimize territory coverage, manpower deployment, and expansion into high-potential areas.

• Oversee field risk and compliance, ensuring proper customer verification, ethical selling, and adherence to company and regulatory requirements.

• Lead training initiatives to improve team capability, conversion, and productivity.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.

• Partner with Sales, Risk, Marketing, Operations, and HQ teams to resolve issues and improve regional performance.

• Prepare regular reports on sales, productivity, risk, manpower, and training performance.

• Willing to travel extensively across assigned territories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

• 5–8+ years of experience in consumer finance, fintech, retail, payments, or related industries.

• Proven experience managing multi-layered field sales teams.

• Strong track record in achieving sales targets and managing large territories.

• Experience in consumer lending, BNPL, installment financing, or retail sales preferred.

• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Data-driven and commercially minded.

• Willing to travel extensively across the Philippines.
