Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for farm machinery products.
  • Achieve sales targets and grow market share in the agricultural sector.
  • Build and maintain relationships with farmers, dealers, and distributors.
  • Train and lead the sales team to effectively promote machinery features and benefits.
  • Monitor competitor products and pricing to stay competitive
  • Coordinate product demonstrations and field trials for potential customers.
  • Provide customer feedback to product development and marketing teams
  • Manage sales forecasts, budgets, and reports.
  • Resolve customer issues related to sales, delivery, or after-sales service.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand dealer networks.
Required Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Master's Degree in Business or related fields (an advantage but not required)
  • Additional training or certification in sales, agri-technology, or equipment handling (a plus)

Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with agricultural practices and crop production cycles
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools
  • Competence in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to conduct product demos and field equipment trials
  • Basic troubleshooting and understanding of machinery functions
  • Territory mapping and route planning tools
  • Market and data analysis for sales forecasting

Experience:

  • 3–5 years of sales experience in agricultural or heavy equipment industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience managing dealer or distributor networks
  • Willing to travel nationwide.
  • Work schedule: Monday to Saturday
  • Can start ASAP.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php40,000.00 per month

Area Sales Manager Responsibilities:

Plan, Lead, Organize and control the activities of the field sales force in order to attain the overall objective of his assigned area.

  • Develop and maintain the business for the assigned area covering sales, distribution and collection consistent with company's objectives.
  • Achieve sales volume objective (100% vs assigned target).
  • Achieve desired distribution level.
  • DSO level (Objective is 14 days).
  • Quality of AR (Ratio of 98 for current and overdue accounts respectively).
  • Develop a pool of potential sales personnel to fill up vacancies.
Business Development Specialist Responsibilities:

Main Responsibility: Conquer, Prospect potential outlets, Identify potential areas such as POI's and other business opportunities.

  • Negotiate and follow-up agreements / contracts and trade terms based on the value proposal.
  • Execute and follow-up on KPIs such as sales, volume, productivity and availability.
  • Develop new categories in key outlets.
  • Guarantee the execution of the PicOS elements, price and availability.

Qualifications & Competencies Required:

  • Degree in Business Management, or any other similar discipline.
  • At least 2-years extensive experience on any fast-moving consumer goods company.
  • Holder of professional driver's license code 1 and 2.
