Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
At least 3 years’ experience in sales and marketing
Demonstrated experience in meeting or exceeding sales quotas and managing marketing budgets of a significant size.
Experience in launching integrated campaigns that involve both digital/traditional marketing and direct sales outreach.
Deep knowledge of the industry lifecycle, value chain analysis, and the competitive landscape.
Ability to read a P&L statement to ensure marketing spend translates to profitability.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Data Analytics (Google Analytics,
Tableau), and Digital Marketing suites (SEO/SEM tools and Social Media Management).
