Overview
Sales Accreditation & Agents Services is responsible for administering recruitment and activation processes, 201 files maintenance, and evaluation of sales performance for recognitions and rewards programs. It provides guidance and counseling to all Suntrustee-agents to instill the Sales' Code of Ethics and support smooth inter-relations with co-Suntrustee-agents. It equips admin personnel with tools and trainings to ensure proper group services.
Responsibilities
- Administers the recruitment and activation processes, 201 files maintenance, and evaluation of sales performance for recognitions and rewards programs.
- Provides guidance & counseling to all Suntrustee-agents by instilling in them the Sales' Code of Ethics, for a smooth inter-relations with each co-Suntrustee-agents.
- Provides the necessary sales support to all Suntrustee-agents by properly equipping all admin personnel with the other proper tools and trainings to ensure that the appropriate group services is given.
- Undertakes the sales performance evaluation of each branch for accurate appraisal of the organization's condition by conducting quarterly assessments on each BSM.
- Training and Organizational Development: responsible for facilitating and conducting sales training, module development and conducting research on competitors and target market relevant to the development of product presentations.
- Directs events & overseeing its facilitation.
- Administers the process and procedure for resolving sales conflicts between branches or divisions.
- Directs the administration of sales and performance evaluation of BSMs on a quarterly basis.
- Administers the process of issuance of Disciplinary Action and Notice to explain to erring Suntrustees with proper filing and documentation.
- Conducts sales trainings, module development and research on competitors and the target market relevant to the development of product presentations.
Sales Booking Services
- Provides guidance in accounts' administration to ensure valid and qualified official sales are booked, by ensuring the tagging of Sales Accounts from buyer's reservation to final payment of DP, full examination of payment terms and all required documents provided by clients.
- Provides inter-department coordination regarding branch or corporate initiated sales activities or sales related concerns (i.e, logistics incentives & sales promos, sales collaterals/materials), through regular meetings dialogues, issuance of inter-office memorandums, and the like for proper communication dissemination.
