WORK SCHEDULE: 4:00pm - 8:00pm CST (Time zone) 10/12 hour week

SALARY: $6/hour (first 60 days), then $7–$8/hour depending on performance.

The client is a multi-location event venue business, hosting private events such as baby showers, birthday parties, graduations and small weddings. Their venues are intimate, ranging from 1,200 to just under 3,000 square feet. The client is committed to significantly increasing venue bookings and is seeking a high-performing professional to help achieve a 3x to 4x growth in event volume.

About the Role: They are looking for a proactive and results-driven part-time Sales and Marketing Coordinator (GoHighLevel) to manage end-to-end lead generation, sales funnel development, and CRM automation. This role is a key investment aimed at driving growth through digital marketing, outbound sales, and advanced CRM management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, hands-on experience with GoHighLevel and proven sales skills, especially in outbound calling and lead qualification.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, implementing strategies to improve performance, including creating and testing lead magnets.
  • Design, build and optimize complete digital sales funnels (from ad/email → funnel → booking).
  • Create and execute optimized, high-performing email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and blasts for lead nurturing and client engagement.
  • Manage inbound leads submitted via website, phone, and email, ensuring effective qualification and follow-up.

CRM & Automation Management

  • Serve as the in-house expert for GoHighLevel, building automations such as SMS and email sequences.
  • Oversee tracking and system integrations on GoHighLevel, coordinating with existing tools like HoneyBook to maximize funnel and communication capabilities.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on all incoming leads to prevent them from going stale and to drive tour bookings and closures.

Data & Reporting

  • Create and maintain dashboards with key performance metrics to provide visibility into lead generation, funnel performance, and bookings, helping drive informed management decisions.
Qualifications
  • Proven professional experience in digital marketing, sales and CRM management.
  • Deep expertise in GoHighLevel, including building automations, data dashboards, funnels, and email campaigns.
  • Strong sales acumen, particularly in outbound calling and lead qualification.
  • Proficiency in running and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Fluent English with the ability to hold natural, engaging conversations (not sounding scripted).
  • Reliable internet connection (fiber optic preferred) and backup power supply for consistent availability.
  • (Preferred) Familiarity with AI tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, AI agents and/or Canva to enhance efficiency.
  • AI Familiarity (Preferred): Knowledgeable in using and applying modern AI tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, Canva) to enhance business efficiency.
