Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Master's Degree is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development, preferably in healthcare, clinic, diagnostics, laboratory, hospital, or pharmaceutical industry.
• At least 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets, business growth, and account management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive patient volume, revenue growth, and market expansion.
• Manage corporate accounts and referral networks.

• Monitor branch sales performance and ensure achievement of revenue targets.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, corporate clients, and key stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the Sales and Marketing team.
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic recommendations for management.
