Location / Shift Clark Office, Mid Shift NOTE: You must be willing to work in the office in the above office location to apply for this position Job Description As a Sales & Lead Specialist, you will identify and assess potential leads through strategic conversations, qualifying them for further engagement by the sales team. You will maintain detailed CRM records of lead interactions and leverage industry knowledge to convey the value of our services to prospects. Your tasks include:

  • Prospect and identify relevant leads that align with our target market and services.
  • Qualify leads through strategic conversations and discovery to assess potential business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads for follow-up.
  • Utilise CRM tools to track and manage leads, maintaining detailed records of all interactions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and our service offerings to effectively communicate value to prospects.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in prospecting, lead generation and qualification.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive mindset with a self-starter attitude—comfortable working independently.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and relevant sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, apollo.io seamless.ai).
  • Familiarity with lead generation platforms and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly with prospects and uncover their needs.
  • Good/strong understanding of common software development languages for mobile/web applications and AI development (to better communicate with tech savvy clients).
  • Ability to create great SRS (Software requirements specification) documents
  • Experience in the IT or MSP industry. (optional but nice to have)
  • A track record of exceeding sales or lead qualification targets. (optional but nice to have)
  • Exposure to global sales and working across diverse markets. (optional but nice to have)
  • Knowledge of consultative selling techniques or frameworks. (optional but nice to have)
