Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • With at least 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within a service-based company.
  • Preferably has experience in a service-oriented industry.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Strong skills in presenting ideas and building interpersonal relationships.
  • Highly creative, well-organized, and possesses strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Sales and Business Development

  • Identify new prospects and potential customers for the organizations target market.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with current and potential clients to drive business growth.
  • Analyze potential customer needs and align them with the organization's services to secure new business opportunities.
  • Recognize key decision-makers and gain insights into their strategic business challenges and priorities.
  • Reach out to current and prospective clients about the company offerings and arrange sales meetings.
  • Create and deliver presentations at sales meetings, build rapport with prospects, and suggest appropriate CITS solutions.
  • Prepare and present quotes and proposals to customers and potential clients.
  • Negotiate terms such as pricing and timelines, collaborating with other teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Close deals by securing signed contracts for sales leads.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals.

2. Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, business contacts, and company stakeholders.
  • Effectively manage client calls and appointments.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure that the company services meet the specific needs of customers.
  • Oversee professional sales coordination and account management planning.
