Be a Strategic Decision-Maker

  • Take ownership of business intelligence initiatives that influence commercial strategy, sales planning, and long-term performance improvement.
  • Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to translate data into clear business direction.
  • Shape a data-driven culture across the company, where analytics are not just tools—but critical levers of business growth.

Sales Strategy & Business Planning

  • Oversee the collection, management, security, and governance of data across multiple internal and external sources.
  • Deliver timely and actionable insights to optimize sales initiatives and support strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with leadership to provide recommendations based on performance analytics, market trends, and competitive intelligence.

People Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead and manage a team of BI analysts and developers—defining goals, assigning responsibilities, and driving accountability.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop predictive models for accurate forecasting and evaluation.
  • Build a high-performing, collaborative, and agile analytics team with a strong culture of continuous improvement.

Data Analysis & Tool Implementation

  • Design, build, and optimize dashboards, reports, and visualizations for multiple teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
  • Select, implement, and manage BI tools and technologies that align with business needs.
  • Ensure analytics solutions are user-friendly, scalable, and aligned with organizational objectives.

Training & Data Enablement

  • Serve as a subject matter expert and provide training or support to business users on BI tools and best practices.
  • Promote data literacy across departments by empowering non-technical users to make data-informed decisions.
  • Champion a strong, enterprise-wide Data culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into strategic insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially when translating data for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in leading and managing analytics or BI teams.
  • Proven track record of using data to drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), SQL, and data analysis frameworks.
