- Coordinate with the admin team and warehouse/logistics team to ensure timely shipping and delivery.
- Update order status in systems and communicate changes with customers.
- Handle basic customer concerns and escalate technical or complex issues to the appropriate team.
- Collaborate with admin, sales, technical support, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Support internal communication between departments to resolve customer or order issues quickly.
- Follow up on pending orders, backorders, or delayed shipments.
Qualifications (examples across listings)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service, order entry, or administrative role is an advantage, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Clear communication skills (verbal and written).
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and willing to learn CRM or ERP systems.
- Interest in or basic understanding of 3D printing and digital manufacturing technologies is a plus.
