Job Summary:

  • No experience required for this role
  • Expected salary: ₱18,600 per month
Job Purpose:

Responsible for assisting the Manager, Sales Admin in preparing sales quotations and paperwork for clients.

Key Relationships:

Supports the team by handling various necessary paperwork and documentation.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the condition of ad media and oversee all movements in the assigned area.
  • Assist the sales team with job orders, scheduling, and distribution of sales documentation.
  • Prepare sales quotations and follow up on them with clients.
  • Liaise between departments and the Head Office (if applicable).
  • Provide post-implementation services, such as collating and matching quotes and delivery receipts to ensure timely payments.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in advertising or related industry.
