WE’RE HIRING: SALES & ADMIN ASSOCIATE

Hielo Corporation | Pasay City

Hielo Corporation is looking for adriven, organized, and trustworthy Sales & Admin Associateto help grow our customer base and support our day-to-day sales operations.

This is primarily asales and business development role, with administrative responsibilities that help keep customer accounts, orders, and records organized.

As part of the role, Hielo will provide a list of prospective merchants and customers for you to contact and develop. However, we also expect you toactively find new customers and create opportunities of your own.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Sales & Business Development

• Contact and develop prospective customers and merchants provided by Hielo.
• Independently find and develop new sales leads and business opportunities.
• Build relationships with restaurants, hotels, bars, retailers, food businesses, ice dealers, and other potential customers.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and work toward converting them into active accounts.
• Handle inquiries, introduce our products, prepare quotations, and assist in closing sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide responsive after-sales support.
• Work toward individual and company sales goals.

Customer & Order Coordination

• Receive and coordinate customer orders with the plant, dispatch team, drivers, and Management.
• Confirm order details including quantity, pricing, delivery schedule, location, and payment terms.
• Monitor orders through delivery and promptly communicate any concerns or changes.
• Assist in handling customer feedback and concerns.

Sales Administration

• Maintain accurate customer, lead, quotation, order, and sales records.
• Prepare basic quotations, sales documents, reports, and customer correspondence.
• Assist with monitoring collections and following up on outstanding accounts.
• Maintain organized physical and digital sales records.
• Provide general administrative support related to sales and business operations.
