A leading company is seeking a Sales Admin to assist in coordinating sales operations and customer care. The role involves checking reservations, managing marketing inventories, and serving as a main point of contact for client inquiries. Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and have relevant experience in sales or customer service.
Educational Attainment:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communication Arts, Sales or related field
Work Experience:
Must have 2 to 3 years' experience in Customer Service/Hospitality/Broker Coordinator/Sales
Knowledge and Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft office tools
Outstanding in oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills.
Exceptional administration or multi-tasking skills.

Duties and Responsibility:
Sales Admin
Checking of Reservation forms and requirements prior booking - ensure that the client is properly brief
Inventory - marketing supplies, marketing collaterals, model house furniture/fixture.
Responsible in ensuring that all satellite officers are properly dressed up and operational
Assist in the conduct of all sales events/promo/sales activities
Responsible in monitoring and checking of company sales vehicle and sales driver.
Monitoring and endorsement of RF only/No RF Cancellation
Monitor all tripping request per network, tripping conversion versus actual booking
Quality control and checking of reservation agreement of both low cost to high end project
Follow up the 30day requirements of all RESERVATION within 30 days
Cancellation endorsement of all RF only/NO RF RSVN
Monitoring of forfeitures of the sales group
Facilitates and monitor supplies and utilities of sales group
Responsible in sending the daily inventory per sales network
Responsible in timekeeping and discipline of Site Manning Officer
Customer Care
Receiving of Client Inquiry/Issues/Concerns via Email/soc med/call/text and walk in
Routing of corresponding forms of clients to concern department
Follow up and resolution of all concerns
Updating concern department and client via official email/viber
Encoding/Closing/Maintenance of CRM for all concerns
Performed assigned task from time to time.
