Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle various tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with customers and team members.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in processing sales documents and maintaining records.
  • Basic knowledge of machinery or industrial products is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Process sales orders, quotes, and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
