Qualifications
Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Office
Administration, or any related field.
At least 1 year of experience in sales support, administrative work, or customer service.
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage and organize multiple
documents and sales files.
Capable of handling clerical tasks, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with the
Sales Coordinator and Sales Executive.
Must be customer-focused, with a courteous and helpful attitude.
Able to handle client inquiries and assist the sales team in addressing customer
concerns.
Trustworthy, reliable, and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
Flexible, proactive, and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
Willing to work extended hours, weekends, or holidays during peak retail seasons, if
necessary.
Responsibilities
- Assist sales team with administrative tasks and documentation
- Prepare and process sales orders and invoices
- Maintain and update customer records in the database
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Support the preparation of sales presentations and proposals
- Track shipments and follow up on delivery status
- Generate and distribute sales reports as needed
- Handle routine correspondence and communications
- Assist with data entry and CRM management
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Salary Range: 15,000 to 16,000
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm
Work Location: Antipolo
