Job Description

The objective of this role is to increase the client base through the development of customer acquisition channels and customer retention programs. The Manager closely cooperates with Sales to develop new ways of acquiring customers and manage all communications campaigns on all product portfolios. Also, responsible for the upselling and cross-selling effort to retain customers.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Develop customer acquisition channels
  • Manage lead generation for all sales channels
  • Monitor direct marketing activities and their effectiveness
  • Manage all direct marketing activities
  • Collect and analyze all client data from product portfolios; based on results, trigger actions and select products for client segments
  • Collaborate on product changes for cross-sell and upsell
  • Manage and maintain the loyalty program
  • Coordinate with external partners to ensure rewards from the loyalty program are delivered on time
  • Propose changes in direct marketing communications to achieve better results
  • Regularly report results of direct marketing activities
  • Monitor competitor activity in the market
Qualifications
  • Filipino citizen and resident of the Philippines
  • Degree in Marketing
  • Relevant work experience in the area
  • Fluent in written and oral English
  • Excellent Excel or equivalent
