Job summary

Angkas is seeking a Safety Trainer to be stationed in Cabuyao, Laguna. The role delivers Safety Riding Seminars, onboarding activities, and driver training programs while ensuring regulatory and internal compliance.

You will manage documentation, track training outcomes, and collaborate with Operations to boost rider safety across service areas. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in safety training or driver education, a valid LTO license for 2/4 wheels, and BOSH/Tesda NC II

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (4-year) in any field.
2+ years of experience facilitating Safety Riding Seminars or driver training.
Valid LTO Professional Driver’s License for 2-wheel and 4-wheel vehicles.
TESDA Driving NC II certification.
40-hour BOSH training completed.
Experience operating both motorcycle and car types.
Knowledge of Philippine traffic laws and road safety.
Experience performing rider assessments.

Responsibilities

Conduct Safety Riding Seminars and onboarding sessions for new drivers.
Ensure training materials meet company standards and regulations.
Assess trainee understanding of safety protocols and guidelines.
Process driver accreditation and onboarding after training.
Maintain attendance, results, and processed-driver records.
Monitor onboarding targets and support driver readiness.
Coordinate with Operations and Safety teams for deployment.
Promote safety culture across drivers.

Now, we're looking for a Safety Trainer to be assigned in Cabuyao, Laguna. The role is responsible for conducting Safety Riding Seminars, onboarding activities, driver training programs, rider accreditation, documentation processing, and compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.

In addition, the position will monitor training quality, maintain accurate records of trainees and processed drivers, and collaborate with operations teams to improve rider readiness and safety performance across assigned service areas.

Conduct Safety Riding Seminars and onboarding training sessions for new drivers.
Ensure all training materials and procedures are delivered according to company standards.
Assess rider understanding of safety protocols, road regulations, and operational guidelines.
Process driver accreditation and onboarding requirements after training completion.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, training results, and processed drivers.
Monitor and help achieve onboarding and driver processing targets.
Coordinate with Operations and Safety teams on rider readiness and deployment.
Promote a culture of safety and compliance among all participating drivers.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (4-year program) in any field.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, specifically in facilitating Safety Riding Seminars or conducting driver training programs
Valid LTO Professional Driver’s License (authorized for 2-wheel and 4-wheel vehicles).
TESDA Driving NC II certification.
Completed 40-hour Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) training
Experienced in operating both 2-wheel (motorcycle) and 4-wheel vehicles.
Strong foundation in defensive driving practices and road safety principles.
In-depth knowledge of Philippine traffic laws, regulations, and road compliance.
Experience conducting rider performance assessments and evaluations
Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms).
Must own a personal motorcycle.
Flexibility to travel or be assigned to different locations as operationally required.
