Job summary

Angkas in Cebu City, Philippines is seeking a Safety Trainer to lead Safety Riding Seminars, onboarding activities, and driver training programs. You will maintain trainee records, oversee driver accreditation, and ensure regulatory compliance across service areas.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of safety training experience, a valid LTO license for both motorcycle and car, TESDA NC II, and 40-hour BOSH training. Willingness to travel is essential.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience facilitating Safety Riding Seminars or driver training programs.
• Valid LTO Professional Driver’s License (2-wheel and 4-wheel).
• TESDA Driving NC II certification.
• Completed 40-hour Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) training.
• Experience operating both 2-wheel and 4-wheel vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine traffic laws and road regulations.
• Experience conducting rider performance assessments and evaluations.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms).
• Must own a personal motorcycle.
• Willing to travel or be assigned to different locations as required.

Responsibilities

Now, we’re looking for a Safety Trainer to be assigned in Cebu. The role is responsible for conducting Safety Riding Seminars, onboarding activities, driver training programs, rider accreditation, documentation processing, and compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.

In addition, the position will monitor training quality, maintain accurate records of trainees and processed drivers, and collaborate with operations teams to improve rider readiness and safety performance across assigned service areas.

Requirements
