• Oversees the security operations of the company and its work bases.

• Supervises and monitors the Security Guard force.

• Ensures the safety compliance for all employees, facilities, and assets.

• Formulates and implements guidelines and policies on physical security, the security of information, access control, personnel security, and emergency planning.

• Facilitation of safety drills such as but not limited to: earthquake drill, fire drill, etc.

• Planning, implementing, and monitoring of Emergency Response Team.

• Acts as a liaison between the company and external bodies.

• Conducts safety and security training programs for the employees.

• Performs other tasks that may be required on a temporary basis.
