Job summary

Ravago Equipment Rentals Incorporated is seeking an on-site Occupational Health and Safety professional in Caloocan. No exp required with a Diploma and full-time employment. The role emphasizes DOLE-aligned OSH responsibilities and incident investigations.

The candidate will perform risk assessments, safety training coordination, toolbox talks, and site safety supervision while visiting multiple locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any course.
• COSH Training Certificate required.
• Preferably with at least 1 year experience in a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to be assigned to different locations.
• Available to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Familiar with Occupational Health and Safety according to the DOLE standard.
• Analyze the OSH Program.
• Knowledgeable in Risk Assessment, Hazard Analysis and including the environmental impact.
• Conduct Incident investigation analysis with effective corrective action.
• Conduct 8 hrs. Safety orientation for newly hired, twice a week.
• Conduct toolbox meetings for all skilled workers in jobsites, main office and yards.
• Coordinate all health and safety training programs including emergency drills.
• Identify safety violations and suggest and implement the corrective action.
• Supervise the skilled workers for safety operations.
• Attend meetings required by government offices, client and other industry.
• In charge to arrange and process the other government documents in Jobsite before the operation.
