Job summary

The Methodical Group is seeking a Module Developer (SaaS) for the Professional Services team in a full-time contract. The role involves configuring software modules to power customers' government operations, working with Implementation Consultants to translate requirements into functional configurations using the company's tooling.

Location: Philippines or Brazil. You will review specifications, perform self-QA, and document decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in a software configuration, technical implementation, or SaaS build role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to translate requirements into configurations.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines in a fast-paced delivery environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration across delivery teams.
• Familiarity with HTML and SQL concepts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure modules using proprietary configuration tool based on requirements.
• Review requirements, workflow specs, and business rules to ensure accurate builds.
• Collaborate with Implementation team to clarify needs and surface issues early.
• Perform self-QA on configurations prior to handoff.
• Apply HTML knowledge to support configuration and data-driven fields.
• Document configuration decisions and build notes for consistency.
• Manage multiple concurrent module builds in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay aligned with Product and Support on platform updates.
