Job summary

Satellite Office is seeking an Enablement Consultant to work with global clients and help build learning and coaching programs for MYOB Acumatica. You will develop ongoing capability uplift tied to major product releases and create job aids, playbooks, and coaching tools used in real work scenarios.

You have 2+ years in enablement or similar roles, with strong Articulate 360 experience, AI-enabled content design, and proven facilitation skills.

Qualifications

2+ years in enablement, L&D, or customer success in B2B software, SaaS, or a comparable structured environment.
Solid Articulate 360 experience Storyline, Rise, or both.
Comfortable using AI in your content design workflow LearnAI or comparable tools.
Performance support design experience with job aids, playbooks, talk guides, or coaching tools.
You have measured impact through performance outcomes and can share examples.
Strong facilitation skills for virtual and face-to-face settings with senior stakeholders.
Change management awareness to embed new ways of working.

Responsibilities

Develop ongoing capability uplift programs tied to Acumatica product releases, at least two major upgrades per year.
Create job aids, talk guides, troubleshooting scripts, and coaching tools used in daily workflows.
Define capability frameworks and learning pathways by role, level and tenure.
Build coaching packs and calibration frameworks for leaders.
Design eLearning content using Articulate 360 and LearnAI technology.
Develop measurement frameworks tracking speed to competency and behavior change.
