Be a Driving Force in Empowering a High-Performing Sales Team
- Go beyond standard training—implement learning programs that shape the future of Rx sales.
- Be a key partner to Sales Leadership and Human Resources in evaluating, developing, and transforming performance at all levels.
- Influence the strategic direction of our capability-building efforts and deliver impact that translates to performance in the field.
Build Sales Force Capability with Measurable Impact
- Conduct skills audits for National Sales Managers (NSMs), District Sales Managers (DSMs), and Product Medical Representatives (PMRs).
- Work in the field to evaluate real-time performance and effectiveness in terms of Knowledge, Skills, and Attitude.
- Ensure alignment and correct application of the Integrated Sales Model (ISM), identifying gaps and implementing tailored learning solutions.
Design and Deliver Best-in-Class Training
- Lead new employee onboarding by equipping PMRs and DSMs with foundational knowledge in pharmacology, disease, brand portfolio, and the ScienceShip Detailing methodology.
- Train DSMs in essential leadership and coaching competencies to drive team development.
- Implement and manage the Advancing Competency for Excellence (ACE) Program—ensuring training completion, proper evaluation, and graduation requirements.
Ensure Continuous Learning and Development
- Monitor sales team progress, address performance gaps, and design ongoing learning interventions for capability enhancement.
- Collaborate with the Head of Sales, NSMs, and HR to ensure developmental plans are aligned with business goals.
Champion Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with departments such as Marketing, Talent Management, and Medical Affairs to plan and implement aligned training programs and initiatives.
- Track and monitor training effectiveness and assessment results to continuously improve the impact of capability-building efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Business, or any related field.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in training, extensive pharmaceutical sales experience is a plus.
- Proven expertise in Training Needs Analysis, with the ability to assess capability gaps and recommend targeted learning solutions aligned with sales performance goals.
- Strong background in instructional design and developing engaging, science-based training modules.
- Experience in planning, organizing, and facilitating end-to-end training programs across field roles.
- Exposure to gamification strategies to drive learner engagement and motivation
- Skilled in measuring training effectiveness through assessments and performance tracking.
