Responsibilities

• Monitoring ServiceDesk for any incident on existing automation use case
• Developing new use case for the customer
• Working with multiple stakeholders and users
• Building the requirements and architecture plan of the automation workflow
• Building the solution into the AA360 platform
• Building clear documentation for users and technical documentation for the development and architecture teams
• Staying updated on the latest trends and advancements in RPA and related technologies and continuously expanding your knowledge and skills

Qualifications

Core Competencies (Must-have Competencies)

• At least 3 years of experience with RPA Development
• At least 3 years of experience with using Automation Anywhere A360 platform or related platforms
• At least 3 years of experience with API development and integration
• At least 3 years of experience with Python
• Experience working within an Agile environment, including Kanban and Sprint methodologies

Complementary Competencies (Good-to-have Competencies)

• Knowledgeable with using ServiceNow (RPA Hub)
• Strong communication skills and organizational skills
• Thrive working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
• Experience in streamlining processes, eliminating redundancies, and optimizing workflows to achieve maximum efficiency and minimal resource utilization
