Job summary

Olympic Village Enterprises Inc. is seeking a proactive Retail Assistant to support roving duties at SM Manila and SM Cubao departments. You will engage customers, present products, and help keep displays attractive and stocked.

Daily reporting and inventory tasks form part of the role. The ideal candidate has at least a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, 6 months selling experience, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate required; college graduate of any course is an advantage.
• At least 6 months selling performance.
• Good interpersonal and excellent communication skills.
• Hardworking, honest and people oriented.
• Pleasing personality and physically fit.
• Able to multitask, work fast and adapt to retail store operations schedule.
• Customer service oriented with positive disposition.
• Willing to be under cooperative/agency.
• Willing to be assigned AS ROVING AT SM Manila/ SM Cubao Department Store.

Responsibilities

• Best efforts to attain 100% of set targets monthly by delivering exceptional customer service; market and product knowledge; effective visual merchandising.
• Submit daily sales reports and monthly detailed inventory reconciliation.
• Daily cleaning and arranging of merchandise in selling and storage areas.
• Regularly check/update pricing of items (markdowns or markups).
• Monitor competitors' activities and report to Sales Coordinator/Immediate Superior.
• Perform any other tasks or ad-hoc assignments as needed.
