Job summary

TAPA KING INC is seeking a Roving Merchandiser to cover Pasay City and nearby locations. The role focuses on maintaining compelling product displays and optimal stock levels across multiple retailers, with responsibilities spanning store visits, replenishment, and visual merchandising.

You will collaborate with store teams, gather performance data, and support promotions while ensuring excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. A motorcycle is a plus for this field role.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of merchandising or retail experience.
• Strong eye for visual merchandising.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using mobile devices and data collection tools.
• Customer service mindset and business-minded approach.

Responsibilities

• Visit and inspect retail stores on a regular schedule to ensure optimal product presentation.
• Replenish and restock products to meet customer demand.
• Arrange and organize product displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
• Collaborate with store managers to address merchandising or inventory issues.
• Gather and report on key performance data for business decisions.
• Support promotional activities and initiatives as required.
