Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain product displays and merchandising standards across assigned retail locations within the Bicol Region
• Monitor and replenish stock levels to ensure products are available and well-presented on shelves
• Execute promotional activities and seasonal campaigns, setting up point-of-sale materials and promotional displays
• Conduct regular audits of merchandising compliance, product placement, and pricing accuracy at assigned stores
• Build and maintain relationships with store managers and staff to facilitate smooth operations
• Identify and report opportunities for product repositioning or improved shelf space allocation
• Collect market intelligence and competitor information to inform merchandising strategies
• Document merchandising activities and provide regular reports on performance metrics and observations
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and retail partner requirements
• Support promotional events and product launches at assigned retail locations

About the role

We are seeking a Roving Merchandiser to join ZC KINGS MANPOWER COOPERATIVE in a full-time capacity based in the Bicol Region. As a Roving Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing product displays, managing inventory visibility, and driving sales performance across multiple retail locations. This position is essential to ensuring our products are presented attractively, consistently stocked, and positioned competitively in the marketplace. You will be the face of our brand at retail points, working directly with store partners to enhance customer experience and maximise product visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain product displays and merchandising standards across assigned retail locations within the Bicol Region
• Monitor and replenish stock levels to ensure products are always available and well-presented on shelves

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar retail-focused role, preferably within the consumer products or retail sector
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple retail locations and priorities simultaneously
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high merchandising standards
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with store partners and internal teams
• Physical capability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's licence for travelling between retail locations in the Bicol Region
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with merchandising software or inventory systems (preferred)
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required
• Self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities
• Knowledge of retail best practices and product merchandising principles
