• Train employees to work efficiently and maintain smooth and continuous operations.
• Select and interview candidates for new positions as needed.
• Maintain employee attendance records and leave reports.
• Assist management staff in developing and implementing policies to meet business goals.
• Manage appraisals and performance evaluations for employees.
• Oversee locker assignments and uniform distribution for new hires.
• Develop a safe and achievement-oriented working environment.
• Implement production plans in alignment with approved schedules.
• Monitor ongoing work, identify problems, and find appropriate solutions.
• Initiate continuous improvements in technology and procedures for operational excellence.
• Ensure high-quality customer service by responding to questions and complaints in a timely manner.
• Establish disciplinary and behavioral standards for employees to maintain organizational efficiency.
• Supervise daily operations of assigned branch offices.

Minimum Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail management. Preferably with experience in clothing and health and wellness industries.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple locations and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Customer service-oriented mindset.
• Must be willing to do fieldwork
• Work schedule - Monday-Saturday (Flexible time)
