Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. in Quezon City is looking for a Management Trainee to support station operations, scheduling, and customer service while rotating through HR, Finance, Operations and Marketing.

This on-site program runs from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a monthly salary of ₱19,000–₱20,000. You will prepare reports and dashboards, monitor fuel inventory and sales, and gain hands-on experience through rotations across core functions.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Business, Management, Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR or related course.
• Experience in Operations, Sales, Retail, or Customer Service is an advantage.
• With good leadership and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
• Willing to learn and undergo training rotations.
• Willing to work on-site in Quezon City.
