Our Consumer Lending team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Ortigas as a Marketing Officer.

In this role, you will be responsible for executing strategic marketing initiatives and overseeing key AML functions within the team. You will also play a vital role in supporting ROPA Sales through performance evaluation, customer insights, and brand development aligned with the banks strategic goals.

What the role will entail:

• Oversee AML functions in compliance with AML laws, BSP circulars, and the Bank's MLPP
• Evaluate individual performance and recommend career progression, skills development, and training
• Assess program performance, customer needs, and market trends to support strategic planning for ROPA Sales
• Execute approved marketing and business strategies within set timelines
• Collaborate with other marketing units to develop and manage publicity materials for maximum brand impact

What we're looking for:

• College graduate of any four-year course
• At least 1 year of experience in sales and/or marketing
• Background in any of the following: sales and marketing, business and industry knowledge,project/program management, product management, business development, cost-benefit analysis, business strategy formulation, budget management, data analysis,numeracy, planning, and forecasting
