Job description

Seeking a hardworking, passionate and committed individual for a part-time Room Attendant position at The Peninsula Manila. This individual must be meticulous, has a keen eye for details and adhere to efficient point-by-point routine and regimen to ensure work is accomplished according to the set standards of the hotel. At the same time, the room attendant must perform the duties while being warm, friendly, proactive just to name a few.

Key Accountabilities
  • Execute the proper cleaning and servicing of guest rooms & other areas of the hotel in accordance to the standards of The Peninsula Manila
  • Able to perform the required duties of a part-time Room Attendant in accordance to the standards and requirements of the hotel. This is based not only from the set quota but also when operationally needed
  • The room attendant is able to provide proactive and anticipatory service when needed by the guest. More importantly, the room attendant is able to execute such tasks with a smile and a positive demeanor.
  • Able to execute different tasks and duties related to his or her designated position as part-time Room Attendant (basic packing services, tidying of the pantry, vacuum and dusting of foyer and hallways just to name a few)
  • Willing to work in shifts and possess flexibility in working in different time periods, different tasks and is willing to go the extra mile
General Requirements
  • Certificate or Degree in Hospitality is an advantage
  • One to Two years work experience in a five-star hotel or related establishment
  • Ability to work in different shifts with different tasks
  • Hardworking, strong-willed, committed and will go to great heights
  • Personable, outgoing and possesses a positive demeanor/personality
