Skild AI is seeking a Deployment & Support Engineer to install, configure, and commission robotic systems at customer sites, ensuring they operate per requirements. When not deploying, you will provide remote customer and technical support, troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues, and coordinate with engineering teams to maintain system performance and satisfaction.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with installation, troubleshooting, or maintenance of complex technical systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and wiring diagrams.
Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute new robotic system deployments at customer sites.
Prepare for deployments by reviewing site requirements, technical documentation, and project plans.
Install, configure, and commission robotic systems and associated equipment.
Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure successful operation.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure deployment readiness.
Train customer personnel on basic system operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Document deployment activities, system configurations, and outstanding issues.
