Wilmar Edible Oils Philippines, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Contract Administrator to manage contract processing, risk monitoring, and data governance. You will ensure timely execution by coordinating with the Commercial Team and monitoring overdue contracts.
The role requires a finance-related degree and at least 2 years in auditing, risk management, or commodities trading, with SAP experience as a plus. On-site work at Ayala Ave., Makati is expected.
Responsible for the accurate processing and administration of commodity trade contracts, risk monitoring, and compliance with established risk management controls, including supporting customer and vendor master data governance. The role supports timely contract execution by monitoring outstanding and overdue sales and purchase contracts, preparing regular reports, and coordinating with the Commercial Team on follow-up actions and execution plans.
Verification of trade information against trade slip.
Perform conversion on the trade slip into a formal contract using SAP.
Work collaboratively with the traders/trade support prior to converting the trade slip into a contract should there be any variance that exists in the trade terms.
Perform credit risk and position monitoring and conform to controls/procedures established by the Company pertaining to risk management.
Perform risk control on daily basis:
- Evaluate credit terms granted, and credit limit exceeded.
- Prepare and monitor report on pending trades and trades exceeded limit.
Perform monthly reconciliation for all divisions.
Monitor outstanding and overdue contracts and coordinate with the Commercial Team for updates, follow-up actions, and execution plans.
Support the objective of ensuring timely execution and closure of all contracts by preparing and distributing regular reports on past due sales and purchase contracts for all products.
Review of customer / vendor account creation requests and encoding into SAP.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in auditing, risk management, or in commodities trading with good understanding of business risks and risk management process.
Experience in SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Good organizational, interpersonal and time management skills.
