Job summary

BJ Mercantile Inc. is hiring for an on-site Rigging Specialist in Zambales, Philippines. The role requires 1-3 years of experience, a high school diploma, and readiness to work full-time in demanding site conditions.

Responsibilities include attaching, securing, and detaching loads with rigging gear, and guiding crane operations through hand signals or radios. Willingness to work shifts and travel to project sites nationwide is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in rigging, lifting and hoisting operations in construction, industrial, mining, or heavy equipment environments.
• Must be physically fit for manual work in demanding site conditions.
• NC II Rigger certification or relevant training is advantageous.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, overtime, weekends and holidays.
• Willing to be assigned or deployed to different client locations nationwide as required.

Job Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate or equivalent.
• With relevant experience in rigging, lifting, and hoisting operations, preferably in construction, industrial, mining, or heavy equipment operations.
• Must be physically fit and capable of performing manual work and working in demanding site conditions.
• With NC II Rigger certification or other relevant training is an advantage.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, overtime, weekends, and holidays, as required by project operations.
• Must be willing and amenable to be assigned, transferred, or deployed to different client locations and project sites nationwide, depending on operational requirements.
