Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
• Expertise in electronics circuitry, test failure analysis, and test setup.
• Must be proficient at reading and interpreting schematic diagrams and circuitry.
• Strong knowledge of basic workmanship standards and component configuration.
• Excellent soldering skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in data entry using computer interfaces, particularly Epicor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Technical degree in Telecommunications.
• Proficient in RF and radio repair.
• Hands-on experience with hardware, including installation, start-up, troubleshooting, and equipment upgrades.
• Computer literate with strong technical skills.
• Experience in line maintenance is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in using RF test tools.
• Troubleshoot radios and other communication devices.
• Provide technical support for maintaining and troubleshooting existing equipment.
• Support the installation and setup of new equipment on-site.
• Ensure equipment reliability through monitoring and control systems.
• Log all issues and maintain an inventory of product and equipment faults.
• Collaborate with the engineering team for device setup, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Perform scheduled maintenance tasks (daily, weekly, monthly) and necessary interventions.
• Undertake other duties as assigned or as needed.
