Job summary

Shree Technocrat Communication System Inc. is hiring 5 L1 Field Maintenance Support Engineers to be deployed to Olango, Visayas for the RADISYS project. On-site in Olango, Cebu; schedule Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Target Start Date: Mid September.

Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering, IT, or CS, and 1–2 years of telecom field operations experience are required. Driver's license is essential to access sites for maintenance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Electronics & Communications Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or Vocational equivalent.
• 1–2 years of field experience in Telecom Field Operations (CCNA certification is a plus).
• Active Driver’s License Required (essential for navigating sites for maintenance & hardware support).

Responsibilities

• Preventive Maintenance (PM): Scheduled inspections of radio units, power systems, and cabling.
• Corrective Maintenance (CM): Site alarm/outage response and first-level troubleshooting for power and connectivity issues.
• Customer Complaint Handling: Manage tickets regarding slow speeds, Wi-Fi issues, or LOS/Link failures.
• FRU Swaps & Inventory: Identify faulty modules and replace Field-Replaceable Units (Home Gateways, SFP modules, power adapters).
