WeConnect Technology Philippines Inc. is seeking an RF Optimization Engineer to analyze, optimize, and improve wireless network performance. You will monitor network KPIs, identify issues, and work with RF, RAN, and field teams to implement corrective actions and enhancements.

The role involves performing daily performance analyses, conducting optimization activities, and generating regular RF reports to support site integration and technology rollout efforts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze RF and network performance using KPIs and performance management tools.
• Perform daily analysis of network performance, including accessibility, retainability, mobility, throughput, and quality indicators.
• Identify coverage, capacity, interference, and other RF-related issues affecting network performance.
• Conduct optimization activities such as parameter tuning, neighbor optimization, antenna configuration adjustments, and cell-level optimization.
• Analyze drive test and benchmarking results to identify network performance gaps.
• Prepare optimization plans and recommend corrective actions based on network analysis.
• Coordinate with field teams for site visits, troubleshooting, and implementation of optimization recommendations.
• Perform pre- and post-optimization analysis to validate the effectiveness of implemented changes.
• Investigate customer complaints and network performance issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Generate regular RF optimization reports and performance dashboards.
• Support new site integration, network expansion, modernization, and technology rollout activities.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex network performance issues.
• Ensure optimization activities comply with customer requirements, project standards, and company procedures.
