Job Description

Drive Access Network engineering projects by participating in the planning of network architecture and design. Effectively coordinate team-work activities, organize and run effective meetings. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal business partners. Help plan projects or subtasks, including planning required outside of the immediate or assigned tasks. Identify improvement opportunities in organizational processes or the technical environment. Identify opportunities to increase Access Network reliability and reduce costs. Worst Performing BSC/BTS & NODEB/LTE/SgNB Monitoring and Resolution.

Perform and execute Cluster Optimization to enhance customer experience through a structured optimization program leveraging advanced optimization tools, methodologies and techniques. Review and approve Parameter Audits and optimization plans from vendors. Investigate and resolve voice, SMS and data benchmarking problem logs. Perform site audits, evaluate signal coverage and implement modifications to enhance signal coverage. Analyze and approve RF Acceptance KPI targets for new sites and expansions.
