Job Qualifications
- Graduate of bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or Psychology.
- Preferably with 6 months to 1 year experience in Benefits Administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word and Excel).
- Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City.
- Reporting of New Hires to Government Agencies (SSS, PHIC, HDMF and BIR).
- Processing of Statutory Benefits such as SSS Maternity and Sickness.
- Distribution of HMO cards to Countryside Branches.
- 201 filing; Preparation of payment requests; Pouching of documents.
- Monitor and update Team Trackers; Other tasks as assigned from time to time.
Salary: Php23,000.00 per month
