Overview

Primary Details Time Type: Full time Worker Type: Employee The purpose of this role is to support the team in managing and enhancing reward initiatives, with a focus on streamlining processes and documenting activities. This involves assisting in the implementation and communication of employee remuneration programs, analysing data to provide insights for decision-making and ensuring alignment with business needs. The role aims to optimise efficiencies by improving processes and facilitating the delivery of reward programs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide consultative guidance on compensation programs to People Business Partners to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage survey process to ensure access to current market data for the team.
  • Deliver personalised service to internal stakeholders regarding reward questions and program understanding.
  • Contribute to data integrity through report development and analysis.
  • Assist in annual reward cycles preparation and delivery.
  • Develop awareness of reward programs to align work activities.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders to meet business expectations.
  • Assist in collating statistical and financial data for decision-making.
  • Contribute to wider People projects with a reward remit.
