A leading insurance company is looking for an employee to support reward initiatives in Metro Manila. The role includes managing and enhancing compensation programs, analysis for decision-making, and ensuring alignment with business needs. Candidates should have a tertiary degree and relevant work experience in human resources and compensation management. This is a full-time position offering a dynamic work environment.

This involves assisting in the implementation and communication of employee remuneration programs, analysing data to provide insights for decision-making and ensuring alignment with business needs. The role aims to optimise efficiencies by improving processes and facilitating the delivery of reward programs.
