Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field
A master's degree or relevant certification (eg. Certified Revenue Management Executive) is a plus
Proven experience in Property Management, Real Estate or similar industry
5 years of proven experience in sales, revenue management preferably within the real estate
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and forecasting tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information.
Ability to work effectively under pressure
Must be a licensed salesperson
Job Description:
Develop and implement revenue management strategies to achieve financial targets and maximize profitability.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and historical data to inform pricing decisions and forecast future revenue.
Set and adjust pricing strategies based on market conditions, demand fluctuations and business objectives.
Prepare and maintain accurate revenue forecasts, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Conduct regular analysis of revenue performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to senior management.
Generate and present detailed revenue reports and performance metrics to stakeholders, including senior management.
Communicate revenue strategies and updates effectively to relevant departments including sales, marketing and operations.
Work closely with sales, marketing and operations teams to align revenue strategies with overall business objectives.
Coordinate with external partners and vendors to enhance revenue opportunities and optimize performance.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance revenue management efficiency and effectiveness.
