Job summary

STRADCOM Corporation in Metro Manila is seeking a Revenue Accountant responsible for managing revenue collection and reporting for connectivity projects. The role includes maintaining accurate revenue records and posting and balancing financial transactions, while communicating with clients on balances and payments.

You will work with the Compliance Officer and Accounting team to prepare daily and monthly reports and support management with reconciliations.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Accountancy or related business degree.
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepares daily and periodical collection and revenue report of Business Connectivity projects.
• Maintains accurate revenue records for informational and operation use.
• Receives and documents payments and transactions from various officers.
• Communicates with clients their account balances and payments and initiates disconnection from system due to unsettled accounts.
• Entertains client inquiries regarding accounts-related matters and communicates with clients to establish good working relations.
• Ensures timely transmittal of a statement of accounts, transaction summary reports and receipts for deposits.
• Analyzes and reconciles revenue collection on a daily and monthly basis with the Accounting Department.
• Generates and prepares other reports required by management.
• Performs other job-related tasks that may be assigned by superiors.
