About the role

The Returned Goods Handler is responsible for receiving, documenting, and processing items returned by couriers or customers. This role ensures accuracy in tagging and reporting, and coordinates with relevant teams to maintain smooth warehouse and logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and document all returned goods.
• Tag, label, and record returned items accurately in the system.
• Coordinate with warehouse, courier, and customer service teams for proper handling of returns.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on returned goods transactions.
• Safeguard company assets during the return process.
• Assist in resolving discrepancies, damaged items, or incorrect returns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and DOLE standards.

About you

• At least a High School Graduate; vocational or college-level preferred.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or customer service is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically fit to handle warehouse tasks.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends or holidays if required.
