Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking a Workforce Retail Scheduler to join onsite at BGC, Taguig. You will transform labour forecasts and demand into practical rosters while balancing budgets, fairness, and compliance with Enterprise Agreements.

You will collaborate with Store Leaders and Analysts to align rosters with plans and demand, publish rosters on time, and monitor compliance, risks, and KPIs to drive improvements in workforce management.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Workforce Management (WFM), workforce scheduling, or workforce planning roles.
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience creating and managing rosters within a retail, customer service, or frontline environment.
• Proven hands-on proficiency utilizing enterprise WFM systems and automated scheduling platforms.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Agreements, awards, labour legislation, rest periods, and workforce compliance frameworks.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, time management, and analytical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze roster outcomes, scheduling trends, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement in workforce management practices.

Your Role:

The WFO Retail Scheduler plays a critical role in supporting the Retail Workforce Planning function by developing accurate, compliant, and operationally effective store rosters. This role transforms labour forecasts, business requirements, and customer demand patterns into practical schedules that optimize workforce coverage while balancing labour budgets, team member availability, fairness, and compliance obligations.

As a Workforce Retail Scheduler, you will:

• Collaborate with Retail Store Leaders and Workforce Analysts to align store rosters with operational plans and demand forecasts.

• Create, publish, and maintain accurate store rosters within agreed timelines while ensuring full compliance with Enterprise Agreements.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• 3-5 years of experience in Workforce Management (WFM), workforce scheduling, or workforce planning roles.

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience creating and managing rosters within a retail, customer service, or frontline environment.

• Proven hands-on proficiency utilizing enterprise WFM systems and automated scheduling platforms.

• Strong understanding of Enterprise Agreements, awards, labour legislation, rest periods, and workforce compliance frameworks.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, time management, and analytical problem-solving skills.

Preferred skills/expertise

• Experience supporting large-scale, multi-site retail operations or centralized workforce planning environments.

• Participation in workforce transformation, change management, or continuous process improvement initiatives.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel for workforce reporting, data analysis, and trend interpretation.

• In-depth knowledge of retail industry awards, enterprise agreements, and workforce compliance rules.

• Strong presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills across frontline and leadership levels.
