Job summary

Bricolage Group Of Companies is seeking a Store Supervisor / Store Assistant Supervisor for Metro Central Mall Oroquieta. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of retail experience, with strong leadership, merchandising, and customer service skills.

You will oversee daily operations, organize displays, manage staff performance, and ensure safety and compliance within the store environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field is required.
• 5 years of working experience in the Retail Industry.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store safety and compliance with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline staff; monitor and appraise performance.
• Provide guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Protect employees and customers by ensuring a safe, clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Complete, update and report sales, new staff hiring, assignments, and cases to HQ and supervisor.
• Send documents to HQ and supervisor.
• Work within SOP and guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Asst. Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
